twaingle

Pictures straight from the web to your app!

Ok. So, this isn't as much of a demo as it is a few screen shots showing how a typical TWAINGLE session might proceed.

Here's how it works
. . .

Say your typing up a report about clouds in your word processor. . .

. . . and to make it look a bit spiffier, you decide to insert an image of a cloud.
So, WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR PROGRAM, you open up TWAINGLE, which displays a search window.
Notice that you can search on Flickr or on the whole web with Yahoo!

Thanks to Thomas Hawk, Victor Geere, belgianchocolate, Moe_, Spiralz, blamfoto, and josef.stuefer for putting these great pictures up on flickr!

You type in 'clouds' as your search term and click 'Find it!'
That's a nice cumulonimbus! You select it, causing the dotted border to appear around it, and click 'Insert'.

Now the image is right where you wanted it in your document!

That's pretty much it!

But you may be wondering how TWAINGLE appeared in the first place. Well, check out the how to to find out!
